About
How have your experiences of death and dying informed your life? How do you want to be in relationship with death and dying? I can support you to have the conversation you want with yourself and others.
I have a long professional and volunteering background in Community Development, Family Support, Youth Work and Social Justice. As a mother of 3, 2 of whom were born at home, I know what it means to be informed of your rights & choices to enable your needs to be met. I am passionate about real conversations and the humanisation of end of life care and living your full life. I love being with my family & friends, travel, adventure and laughing - that is what makes my life great!
When we prepare well for end of life, we can get on with our living!
I offer support to individuals and families to assist with knowing what is right for them when facing their own death or that of someone they love and care for. I am experienced in infant and paediatric palliative care, after death care and bereavement. Supporting parents, siblings and extended family/ community.
I am passionate about death education in a non-academic way. Death educaiton through conversation, community and presonal reflection. I am dedicated to creating therapeutic spaces for children to engage in dying, death and after death care.
I can help communities & families explore their ideas and questions around end of life through facilitated workshops & conversations.
I can help you prepare for a funeral as an independent guide.
Check out LinkedIn and Social accounts for more information or email me and I can give you a call.
