About
Celebrating life and planning for death
What is a Death Doula?
We plan for the birth of a child. Why not plan for the end of our lives too? A Death Doula is not a new concept. It’s something people have been doing for thousands of years, in many cultures. It involves non-medical support, for you and your loved ones, when you’re given a terminal diagnosis, or when you are coming to the end of your life.
I don’t want to shy away from what we are really talking about. I want to dispel the fear around the word ‘Death’.
I can take you from when you are well, through to supporting family & friends in their bereavement, after you die. I can offer practical support, emotional support and other support as needed.
Get in touch to talk about what you need.
